In all Fish Processing Industry yield is often discussed. However there
are NO ONE who can give any exact yield number due to different
circumstances out of the machine manufacturers control, such as:
- Fish Species
- Each fish is an individual
- Fish Size
- Fish Quality
- Presorting or ungraded fish
- How the fish is handled before the processing
- Variations in skill on operator/maintenance personal
- Demand on quality and outlook of the end product
